Shipping Policy

Shipping Time Frame
Premade items ship within 3 Business days. “Mystery” or “Custom” orders take from 5 days – 3 weeks to be made and shipped. Each item will be marked in the description with an estimated production time. Please check each item description carefully.


Progress Updates
I will send updates on all orders to your e-mail via woocommerce. If you are not recieving update e-mails please check your spam folder. If you still have not recieved update e-mails please reach out to me via: Please include “order update” in the title of your e-mail.

Once an item ships you will recieve a tracking code that you can check with the specific carrier to see updated progress.


Shipping Cost
Shipping materials and standard shipping cost to USA and Canada is included in the cost of an item. If you would like to expedite your shipping you can do so for an additional cost at check out or reach out to me for an additional invoice.


Shipping Internationally
While I am willing to ship internationally, it does depend on your destination country. Not all countries accept packages with items made from wood or plant material. If you would like to ask specifics about your country prior to ordering please reach out to me via email:

I will do my best to work with you, however, some countries are not accepting incoming packages due to COVID. Please check with your country’s policys BEFORE placing an order.

Buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.


Lost Packages
I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All packages will have insurance. If your package is lost or damaged please contact the carrier directly to file an insurance claim. If you need assistance please reach out to me via:

Made By Hand

Each Item is made by hand. When ordering “custom” or “mystery” items your particular item may look slightly different than what is pictured due to the nature of handmade products. While most products are laser cut, some also have hand carving. All pieces have hand woodburning and hand painted details. There will be minor differences in each piece, that’s what makes them one of a kind.

Return and Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of handmade products once items are shipped all sales are final.

If your item has arrived damaged see Repair Policy below.

For orders not already shipped: I work with buyers on a case by case basis. If I have not started production you may recieve a 100% refund within the first 24 hours. You may recieve a 75% refund on “custom” or “mystery” orders if not already shipped. Please reach out to me via e-mail:


Repair Policy
All orders: I work hard to ensure each order is carefully packed but due to the fragile nature of some items they may become damaged in transport.

I stand behind all of my creations and ensure each piece is made with good quality materials. If at any point you are unhappy with your order please let me know. I do not offer full refunds, but I do offer free repair within first 6 months since purchase date.

For Jewelry items ONLY: I offer a repair or replace policy up to one year after purchase. However, Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
